Our Privacy Policy is pretty simple: we don’t have the time, energy or inclination to do anything nefarious with your personal details, so we’re not going to.
If you buy things from the online shop (thanks in advance by the way) we’ll store your basic details (name, email, shipping address etc) on our very secure web server so that we can contact you should we need to. BUT, we don’t actually store your credit card details you’ll be pleased to hear. This is all handled by the highly secure STRIPE payment system that we use. Even the “save your card” for future use option at the checkout actually stores these details over at STRIPE HQ, which is pretty clever. At the checkout you’ll see an option to subscribe to our Email Newsletters. We don’t send out many of these. We always say we’re going to start sending out more, but it’s hard to find the time some days isn’t it? Anyway, you don’t need to sign up to these to place an order, but we’d appreciate it if you did. If at any point you want to unsubscribe it’s just a simple click at the bottom of the emails you receive.
You have the right to remove any and all information we have on you if you like. All you need to do is send an email to ‘shop at venn records dot com’ and we’ll happily let you know exactly what we have on our system, and remove it for you before you go off the grid.
